Self Confinement

She wasn’t lonely, nor was she despised.
She was loved by many, even looked up to by a few.
She was surrounded by family, friends and foes alike.
But even with all the good, all she ever saw was the bad.
She tried to stay away most of the times.
Tried to push everyone away.
She didn’t think she was strong.
Felt like she wasn’t enough.
She wasn’t keen on being the center of attention.
She preferred the company of her own.
Her walls were built so far high up, no amount of love could tear it down.
She knew that she wasn’t anything but ordinary.
But little did she know that for some she was a lot more.
She wasn’t lonely, nor was she despised.
She was loved by many, but all she needed was to love anew.
